We are currently using Jack Henry to drive our ATMs, and Personix for servicing our debit cards. We are closely considering switching both services to TransFund and are seeking any feedback that mght be helpful to our decision-making process. It seems to be a win-win situation, but we would really like to hear from any current or former clients. All feedback – good/bad/ugly is appreciated!

We switched from Jack Henry to Élan. The switch made a world of difference to our customers because with Élan their debit cards actually work when the need them to.
